Delete your Moosh account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the gift records, people, and scan-job records associated with it from Moosh's active application database. This action cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Moosh and sign in.
2. Open Me.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Select Delete everything to confirm.

Request help if you cannot sign in

Email privacy@moosh.site from the email address associated with the account. State that you want your Moosh account deleted. We may request information needed to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

What happens next

We will process verified requests and respond through the contact method you provide. Some limited records may remain for the documented retention period when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup lifecycle management.
