Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moosh mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Moosh, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Moosh.
Moosh service
Moosh helps you save, organize, and review gift ideas. It may use automated tools to suggest product information from text or links you submit. Moosh is free in the current release. It does not sell products, process retailer payments, guarantee price, availability, suitability, authenticity, or accuracy, and does not make purchase decisions for you.
Your account and content
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
You retain responsibility for the information, links, and material you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and authorize Moosh and its service providers to process it only as needed to operate the requested feature. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or third-party material unless you have authority to do so.
Acceptable use
You may use Moosh only for lawful personal gift planning. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, attempt to access another person's information, probe or scrape Moosh systems, introduce harmful code, use the service to violate another person's rights, or use automated means to create accounts or submit requests beyond normal personal use.
AI and third-party links
Automated product suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review every suggestion and any external website before relying on it or buying anything. Source, social, retailer, and other third-party links open outside Moosh and are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices. Moosh is not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, or transactions.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Moosh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. See Delete account for the account-deletion process.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moosh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Moosh LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from third-party content, retailers, or your use of automated suggestions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and effective date here. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
